The Director of Communications is responsible for leading, developing and implementing short and long range communication strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate media relations and issues management communications as well as serving as the primary spokesperson for the company. S/he designates subject-matter spokespeople and alternate spokespeople, as appropriate. This position requires a strategic thought leader with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and divisions to achieve results and demonstrable success in executive relationship management and publicizing the company’s leadership position in the industry.
