Our Services JC&A offers both retained search and consulting service options. Ms. Cushman is particularly effective in working with consensus driven organizations where teambuilding, patience and political sensitivity are required. The retainer-based approach permits JC&A to accept only three major searches at any one time, providing the client with full service to tackle whatever is needed to bring about a successful hire. A track record of a 100% success rate attests to the effectiveness of the approach. Consulting services (per diem fee basis) are designed to solve specific problems where fees can be established before the client retains JC&A. Projects are tailored to each situation and have ranged from evaluating internal candidates, writing job descriptions, to managing a hiring process (and not conducting a search ). |
